Shipping policy

During the Canada Post Strike we will ship with the most efficient courier.  Any addresses with PO Boxes will be held until the strike is over.

Domestic Shipping within Canada

We ship Expedited Canada Post or courier within Canada.  Shipping is automatically calculated based on the following:

0.0 kg - 0.75 kg - $14.00

0.75 kg - 2.0 kg - $18.00

2.0 kg - 10 kg - $22.00

Free shipping on orders over $125 (before tax).

We normally ship within 24-48 hours of receiving an order (business days).  

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.  

 

Treehouse Toy Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
